I was looking for a new primary doctor for my mom. Dr Vilches was highly recommended. Naturally, I had to see for myself so I decided I’d go to the office and request to meet her. Her staff was friendly, professional and caring and so was the doctor, who took time out of her schedule to meet me, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Fast forward two weeks later, today was my Mom’s first appointment. The doctor and her staff took their time to get to know my mom and her medical needs. Nothing about today was rushed. Dr. Vilches even gave us her cell phone. She does this with all her patients. I really love the personal touch! You go in as a patient and by the time you leave, you feel like friends. I am so glad she was recommended to us. ~ Vivian L
Dr. Vilches is the best! I visited her office for the first time as I saw her signage on my usual morning commute, and I will never leave. She provides personalized care by taking the time to listen to patients and providing simple and direct guidance. She is friendly, professional, incredibly smart and her bedside manner is impeccable. Appointments and any other requests like prescription refills are easy to get with Barbie, her wonderful office manager. I was hospitalized and she called me every day to check in on me and get any test results or updates. She is truly a great doctor which can be hard to find in Miami and I am so glad I found her. I’ve recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so until it gets too hard to make an appointment! ~ Sara B

I have finally found the right doctor for my medical needs. Dr. Vilches-Olivera is extremely dedicated to her patients, takes time to explain necessary medical information and kindly addresses any anxious concerns you may have. Most importantly, she is extremely knowledgeable in her field of internal medicine. I feel like a huge weight of worry has been lifted and I trust that I am on the right track to meet my individual medical needs. I highly suggest her practice and staff. Sometimes, it can very difficult dealing with front desk personnel and nurses but at Oasis Medical Centers, everyone is highly professional and cares about your health. I usually have trouble getting blood drawn but not in this practice. If you are considering a new practitioner, look no further. So thankful for everyone at OMC. ❤️ ~ Jeanine D
My husband & I are very pleased with our new PCP Dr. Elizabeth Vilches Olivera. She is professional, personable and thorough. Recently my husband was experiencing intense pain in his kidney. Rather than taking him to Urgent Care, I called the office number at 3:30 a.m. thinking I would leave a message to get a call back so we schedule an appointment asap soon as possible. I followed the prompt to stay on the line, and when a phone rang, I couldn’t believe it when Dr. Olivera answered the phone. It was obvious that she has been awakened. Not only did she see my husband just a few hours later but she ran tests, called in prescriptions, ordered an ultrasound for the same day, and scheduled an appointment with a new urologist two days later! My husband and I are in our 70’s and not in a long, long while have we experienced such care and attention. Thank you Dr. Vilches Olivera! ~ Valerie F
What can I say about this doctor… well if I can give her an infinite amount of stars ⭐️ I would. Dr. Vilches is without a doubt one of the most talented, intelligent, respected, caring, loving charismatic doctors there is. My husband and I love her, she treats every question we have with the outmost care and kindness and explains everything with such ease. And the staff…. I mean…. They are amazing, always receiving us with a smile and warmth, they take their time to explain everything and always make you feel cozy. This is the best doctor ever I have, her kindness, compassion, professionalism, responsibility with her patients is indescribable, she is really concern of the situation of the patient, I have received calls from her even on the weekend, in today's day there is not such kind of doctors like her, God bless her. And the personnel at the office, Barbie, wow, is the most sweet heart, helpful, and friendly. This is the best medical center I have found, and I'm glad to have Dr. Elizabeth as my primary doctor and my family's. Truly life saving. I am one of those thousands of people who have lost and gain weight hundreds of times more gaining than losing. I seriously can say that coming to this center giving me hope, so far I have lost 25 pounds in a period of three weeks and I’m excited to to see what the weeks ahead bring. I really recommend this Center, the doctor is very knowledgeable and takes her time with you, she is very informative and before she finished with me, she asked me if I had questions or concerns, this was not the first time she does this, this was my third visit and I was given the same attention as when I came the first time. The staff are really nice especially the Medical Assistant, I informed her that I’m a big baby when it came to blood draws, I usually faint, she used a butterfly needle with me and I didn’t even feel the pinch, she was very sweet and attentive. Dr. Vilches is very compassionate and takes time to tell you about herself her education and knowledge. She is courteous and kind I am so happy to have found a doctor that truly cares about her patients. She takes time to listen to your concerns and goes over your history and results gives it in a very clear and understandable manner. This was my first visit to Dr Vilches-Olivera. The doctor was pleasant, professional and respectful. She was easy to talk to and I was able to be very open about any concerns and expectations.
